1. Programme Overview
SalonDesk (Drakilo) invites eligible individuals to participate in a revenue-sharing programme. A participant pays a fixed investment amount and, if SalonDesk earns actual revenue, receives a proportionate share of the investor pool.
2. Eligible Investment Amounts
Investments are accepted only in the approved amounts of ৳5,000, ৳10,000, ৳20,000 and ৳50,000. Each ৳10,000 represents 1 allocation unit. Any different amount is not an accepted investment.
3. Term and Activation
An investment becomes active from the date an admin approves the verified payment and runs for a maximum of one year. The term ends automatically on the anniversary of the approval date.
4. Revenue Definition
Monthly actual revenue is reported by an admin per calendar month and may include revenue from customer plans (plan price × active customers in that month) and other approved revenue lines, subject to the defined deductions and adjustments.
5. Investor Pool and Shares
For each month, an investor pool equal to 20% of the actual revenue is created. 80% is retained by Drakilo. Each eligible investment receives a share of the pool proportional to its amount relative to all eligible active investments, according to the defined rounding policy.
6. Calculation and Payout
Monthly shares are calculated and recorded as pending. Pending amounts are accumulated and paid out at the end of the one-year term after confirmation of the payout. Individual monthly payouts are not made.
7. No Guarantees
This programme makes no promises of profit. Actual revenue may produce low, zero or negative outcomes, in which case no share or a reduced share is distributed. There is no guaranteed return, no fixed monthly income, and no capital protection.
8. No Withdrawal or Early Exit
An investor may not withdraw, cancel or exit the investment early, and the invested amount is not returned before or at the end of the term. Compensation is limited to eligible revenue shares.
9. Payment and Verification
All payments are sent through bKash. A participant submits the bKash number, transaction ID and payment date. An admin verifies the transaction before the investment is approved. Payments that cannot be verified are not accepted.
10. Privacy and Data
Investor data and bKash transaction details are treated as sensitive, are used only for verification, accounting and payout processing, and are never shared with other investors.
11. Acceptance and Compliance
By submitting an investment the participant confirms they have read and accept these terms and the risk disclosure. Drakilo may adjust the programme for new investments at its discretion, subject to applicable law and a legal review.
Risk disclosure
Returns vary with actual revenue. There may be periods with low, zero or negative outcomes and investors may receive no share. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. No guaranteed return, fixed monthly income or capital protection is offered.
